1 Acceptance of Terms

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tg7720 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any tg7720 content without the prior written consent of tg7720.

Any unauthorised use of tg7720 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg7720, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tg7720 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service outages
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your tg7720 login credentials
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• Continuing to maintain your account would expose tg7720 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has requested the suspension or closure of your account

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tg7720 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder at the registered email address where legally permissible. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, tg7720's liability to the account holder is limited to returning any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of any forfeited bonus amounts.

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tg7720 account at any time by contacting the tg7720 customer support team via live chat. 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent Philippine court, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of tg7720 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of tg7720's right to enforce that provision or any other provision at any future time.
